Teen Driver Mode

This year, Teen Driver mode has been added to the MyLink infotainment system. This new mode allows parents to keep a close eye on how their teens are driving. The key fob given to the teen will tell the Camaro that a teen is driving and will track behaviors. At the same time, it will limit other types of behaviors such as muting the radio and other devices until the seatbelt is fastened. It will provide audio and visual warnings when the teen goes over the set speed limitations. Additionally, it will automatically turn on all safety measures included in the model such as stability control. After the drive is finished, a report is provided to the owner of the vehicle so they can monitor how well the teen driver did. This is a great addition for any parents who wish to keep an eye on their teen’s driving habits.

1LE Track Handling Package

This new package builds on previous packages and will increase the stability and traction of the vehicle. This leads to an even smoother ride and takes performance to the next level. For the coupe and convertible models, the ZL1 package will come standard which is even better than the 1LE Track Handling Package. The new 2017 Camaro will drive and handle better than any of the previous models.

2017 is a special year for the Chevy Camaro and from the releases of the changes and updates, it does not look like it will let any new owner down.
