Halloween Trunk or Treat at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet began in 2022 after the success of Corvette Christmas. Our General Manager, Jeremy Kiel, wanted to create a community event focused on local kids and families, and the result was a fun, family-friendly Halloween celebration at the dealership.

What started with more than 300 children attending in the first year has grown into one of the dealership’s most popular annual community events, with more than 1,000 people attending the 2025 Halloween Trunk or Treat.

How Halloween Trunk or Treat Got Started

After seeing the community response to Corvette Christmas, Jeremy Kiel wanted to create a new event that was especially designed for children and families. That led to the first Halloween Trunk or Treat at New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet in 2022.

The first event welcomed more than 300 kids, and it quickly became clear that the community wanted more events like it. Since then, Halloween Trunk or Treat has continued growing each year, with attendance reaching more than 1,000 people in 2025.
