NO STARS!!!!! DO NOT PURCASE A VEHICAL FROM NEW SMYRNA BEACH CHEVROLET!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Just purchase a 2021 4x4 Pick-up from them and they didn't even Fully service it BEFOR they put it up for sale! I had to spend Another $500.00 for them to change the thilthy filter in the trans and put in Clean fluid! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE IT WAS PUT UP FOR SALE!! Not only that, they put new tires on, and put 2 different kinds on it! 3 Michelin's and 1 odd ball! Who does that in the car business? If you're going to do 2 different types of tires, always 2 of the same in front, and 2 of the same in back! Or better yet, how about all 4 of the Same tire?! And the odd ball was on the back so it can Skip when taking off from a Stop🤦 Also Good way to knock it out of alignment!! DAAA!! And what happened to buy 3, get one free?? And they told me it had ALL New Michelins on it. It was dark, so didn't see the odd ball. I took their word for it. LIERS!! So I Emediatly had to purchase new tires. They REFUSED to at least change the odd ball!!! Also, carfax report says Internal transmission REPAIR done, TWICE, and THEY Refuse to tell me what was done. It's a Privacy issue?? I wasn't asking for the previous owners social security number or birthdate and name! It's My Truck, and I have a RIGHT to know what they repaired. And yes, it was New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet that even Did The Work!! I REFUSE to pay for the servicing that was done! I'm in the process of canceling the check. NEW SMYRNA BEACH CHEVROLET CAN PAY FOR IT!!!! I found them to be Greedy LIERS!! O and they sent me home with WASTED wiper blades, after test driving it and them seeing how bad they were, and me telling them it needs new blades. So they take it to detail it, and Didn't change the blades. Next day it rained, and I couldn't see!! So SLOWELY HAD TO drive it Directly there, and after sitting there for over 2 hours, they Still hadn't changed the blades. They weren't doing ANYTHING!!! What a Waste of time!! Also, when I first went in, they asked what it was I was looking for. Told them needed a 4X4 for snowplowing for when I move back north. Come to find out it's Only a 4 cylinder engine, and I'm supposed to be able to push large amounts of wet heavy snow with a 4 cylinder engine?? I didn't even fathom that a 4X4 pick-up would only come with a 4 cylinder engine. So, ended up with a truck with an engine that may not even work for what I need it for! Thats on John, the sales man!!!😡 And all the EXTRA I spent that should have been done BEFORE IT'S PUT UP FOR SALE!!!😡 VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! O, and thanx New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet for Confirming my DISTRUST ISSUES!!👏👏 BROVO!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT GREEDY LIERS!!! Maybe I should mention, I paid IN FULL!!!
Purchased two Corvettes over the past two years. Everyone I encountered was customer service oriented . Brittany was my salesperson for both —- staying in contact every step of the way throughout order process. She made the order process an experience ! NSB Chevrolet is for sure a FIVE STAR DEALERSHIP!
Brittany was very helpful from the moment I contacted her. When I visited the dealership on her day off, Grace helped us look at vehicles and take a test drive. There was never any pressure throughout the buying process, and everyone answered our questions, which they continued to do after the sale.
Always friendly and honest of work that needs completing on your vehicle. Keeps you informed . . I drive 30 minutes to service my SUV there versus the dealership in my town !
I am leaving this review to give Kenny Creech at New Smyrna Chevy a big THANK YOU for helping us with the purchase of my daughter’s New 2025 Chevy Trailblazer. We drove from Orlando to see it and the transaction was easy and smooth. We have not bought a new car in years and it was great for my daughter to witness this interaction with a car salesman. “Kenny was cool she said” as we seen other car salesman that were a little pushy with us. She and us knew what we wanted and Kenny got it for us. She will have this memory for a life time. Kenny made sure the car was serviced for us as it was delivered to us a few days later by his team. My daughter loves the car and will be the cool kid in school with the new wheels. Thanks Kenny for your help and for your Military service. May we cross paths again one day and God bless you and your family. Make sure you all stop by and at least meet him for any future buys. Thank you!
A great dealership. My second purchase at that location. Great teamwork! Would definitely refer them.
I am extremely disappointed and repulsed by my experience with Chevy NSB. After losing my car in Hurricane Milton, I was in a vulnerable position, and I feel that the dealership took full advantage of that. When I initially purchased my new car, I was told by Kenny Creech that all I had to do was bring in the insurance money once I received it from my claim. There was no mention of a deadline or urgency. However, everything changed after the sale was finalized. Dave from Finance called me on October 30, 2024, and without so much as a greeting, demanded, "Where's the check for the $18,000?" When I explained that I hadn’t yet received the funds from my insurance company, Progressive, he rudely told me that if I didn’t have the money by October 31, I would be facing $700 monthly car payments. This was shocking and confusing because at no point during the sale did anyone mention any specific deadline for bringing in the insurance money. Kenny had assured me I could just bring in the money when I got it—there was no pressure about an exact date. When I tried to back out at the last minute, I was told by Kenny that my car was totaled and they would make this work for me. However, when I spoke with Mario, the sales manager, he tried to blame me, claiming that I miscommunicated when the funds would be released. How was I supposed to know when my insurance payout would be finalized if no one had even informed me that my car was officially totaled? I only found out because Kenny called to tell me. I trusted his word when he said I could bring in the money whenever it came through. Now, with the deadline looming, I still don’t have the funds, and I’m being threatened with excessive car payments that were never mentioned before. To make matters worse, when I spoke with Mario again, he casually suggested I just refinance my car and renegotiate my loan. This would not only cost me more money in the long run but also feels like another way the dealership is trying to profit off my misfortune. Refinancing is not a solution, and it’s appalling that this was offered as an option, knowing it would increase my overall financial burden. This dealership's handling of my situation feels incredibly deceitful and predatory. Losing my car due to flooding was already devastating, and instead of helping me through this difficult time, Chevy NSB has made things significantly worse. It’s clear that they took advantage of my vulnerability, and I regret trusting them with my business. This entire experience has left a terrible impression, and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
Thank you to NSB Chevrolet and Kenny Creech for getting me into my new truck and making it super easy, quick and convenient! 10/10 recommend! I love my new truck!
Kitty was amazing! Fast Service. In and out in about one hour. Love the new quick lube center.
Service Department checks fluids during an oil change, does not top them off or tell you they are empty. Does tire rotation but does not put air in tires that are low. Prices for oil change & tire rotation extremely high. They video tape your car & license plate on entering service department, but do not tell you, is this an invasion of privacy? They can manipulate the pictures of vehicle, adding highlights, scratches, circles, and squares with magic marker. I will NOT take my vehicles to this Dealership again as I'm not sure about their honesty & ethics plus high prices.
NSC consistently exceeds my expectations every time! From the sales department to the service department, they are the best!
They do everything in a timely manner and are very nice and friendly in the service department.
The dealership has zero communication in the service department. I had an appointment and left my 2020 Chevy trail boss at 9:30am. By 2pm that day no one had given me a call or any update. I had to call and the service advisor was in lunch and they said he’ll call in 30 minutes. By 5pm I still had no call and I had to call them again to see if my truck was staying overnight. I told them I was upset no one ever called me to update me on my truck once but I still had the same problem the next 4 days. I had to call every time and ask for a call back and eventually 4+ hours later they would call back. If I didn’t contact them they wouldn’t have updated me for days. It was VERY sketchy and seemed like I was getting the run around. No one told me what was wrong with the truck they claimed there was something pulling from the battery when the truck was off but couldn’t explain what and then the next day they said there was never issues with the battery and they were wrong and they didn’t find anything wrong but that it’s running now even though it was towed in and was unable to start when I brought it in. Which seems like b.s to have a truck there for 5 days when “nothing was wrong”. Terrible customer service & terrible communication. I will definitely take a drive to Daytona Chevy before ever coming back to New smyrna Chevy even though I live in New smyrna , that’s how bad the experience was. I also requested a supervisor so I could explain my concerns and they said they would have them call me and of course that never happened. This place is a disappointment to Chevy.
As always, NSB Chevrolet delivers EXCEPTIONAL service! Day before a Holiday Weekend headed up the road and needed an oil change, I called my Service Advisor Jacob McDonald. He was able to make it happen, get me in and out in a timely manner! Thank You Jacob! My experience at this dealership has ALWAYS been a good one! Everyone at this dealership has been great! Its truly SERVICE with a SMILE! Had a great conversation with my Sale Associate, Anthony Thompson about another purchase of a vehicle in the near future. Looking forward to it Ant!! If you're the market for a new/used vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership
Joe Lena was awesome. We needed to trade our Chevy Equinox and Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a truck to tow behind our RV all wheels down. This required a very specific transmission and setup to make this happen. He really knew what would work and what wouldn't. He really worked hard to find the right vehicle then worked with the sales manager and finance to make the deal work. I really feel they went the extra mile for us. He has kept in touch with us to make sure we really like the vehicle and help with any questions. We had some addon stuff we wanted he helped us with as well. He's a great guy and super nice to deal with.
